Welcome to DMP Tours & Travels. By booking travel services with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Reservation Process:
A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit as specified at the time of booking.
2.2 Payment Schedule:
Full payment must be received 30 days prior to the departure date. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of the booking without a refund.
2.3 Payment Methods:
We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and other specified methods.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Cancellation by Customer:
- More than 30 days before departure: 80% refund.
- 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
3.2 Cancellation by India Holidays:
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative arrangement of equal value will be offered.
3.3 Non-Refundable Components:
Certain bookings such as flights, hotels, or activities may be non-refundable. This will be communicated at the time of booking.
4. Changes and Amendments
4.1 Changes by Customer:
Any request to amend a booking must be made in writing. An administrative fee may apply along with any additional costs incurred.
4.2 Changes by India Holidays:
We reserve the right to make minor changes to your booking. Significant changes will be communicated as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements or a full refund will be offered.
5. Travel Insurance
It is strongly recommended that customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical expenses, personal liability, and other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Health and Safety
6.1 Medical Conditions:
Customers must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their ability to travel.
6.2 Vaccinations and Health:
Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet all health requirements, including vaccinations.
7. Travel Documents
Customers are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents. India Holidays will not be held liable for any costs incurred due to failure to possess the correct documentation.
8. Liability
8.1 Limitation of Liability:
India Holidays acts as an agent for third-party service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by these providers.
8.2 Force Majeure:
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising out of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or acts of terrorism.
9. Customer Conduct
Customers are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to local laws and customs. Any conduct that is deemed inappropriate or illegal may result in the termination of the travel arrangements without a refund.
10. Complaints
Any complaints must be raised immediately with the local representative. If the issue is not resolved, a written complaint must be submitted within 30 days of the return date.
11. Privacy Policy
All personal information provided by customers will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable data protection laws.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
